What Sparkz is

Sparkz is a question-card app made for couples and friends. It exists to play, talk, and spark moments of intimacy between people who know each other (or want to). It is an entertainment product — it does not replace therapy, professional counseling, or any kind of specialized guidance.

Minimum age

You must be at least 16 years old to use Sparkz. The app contains questions aimed at a mature audience, including themes of relationships, intimacy, and sensitive social situations.

Card content

The cards were written to spark real conversations. Some questions may be provocative, uncomfortable, or touch on personal matters. You are responsible for choosing who you play with and respecting the limits of those around you. Whenever a card does not make sense for your group, skip it.

Permitted use

You agree to use Sparkz for personal purposes only. You may not:

• Attempt to break, decompile, or technically exploit the app.
• Use the app's content commercially (selling the cards, creating derivative products, redistributing the text) without written permission.
• Use the app to harass, humiliate, or expose others.

Intellectual property

The Sparkz name, logo, cards, design, and all of the app's content belong to the Sparkz team. You may use the app freely, but you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the content without permission.

No warranties

Sparkz is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device. We are not responsible for the reactions, conversations, or consequences of any question played in the app.

Changes

We may update these terms or the app at any time. Relevant changes will be noted on this page, with the updated date at the top.

Cancellation

You can stop using Sparkz whenever you want. Just uninstall the app — there is no account to close.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.
